Heat & cold insulation / Full thermal insulation / Interior insulation

Insulation of piping, tank, air ducts and system parts

On 16/10/2013, the German Federal Government passed a new Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2014). This now no longer applies only in new buildings, but formulated for the first time a retrofit obligation for plants and buildings also in the renovation of old buildings.

The new EnEV states that when installing and replacing heat distribution and hot water pipes as well as fittings in buildings, their heat loss must be limited by suitably suitable insulation materials.

In addition, the owners of buildings must ensure that in the case of heating systems previously uninsulated, accessible heat distribution and hot water pipes and fittings that are not in heated rooms, must be insulated to limit the heat release.

According to the EnEV, this now also applies to cold distribution and cold water pipes and fittings , which are installed or replaced in buildings for the first time, which must be insulated to reduce heat loss, prevent condensation in the event of dew point violations and reduce sound emissions .

We as a specialist company, advise our customers in knowledge of the EnEV to the appropriate insulation options and the individual insulation materials such as mineral and rock wool, glass wool, PE or rubber and perform all necessary work reliably and expertly.

Insulation on facades, interior & basement ceilings, underground parking & interior insulation using full thermal insulation systems

Constantly increasing legislative requirements and energy prices place the highest demands on energy efficiency and heat protection for property owners and their buildings. As complex as the requirements are, so complex are the possible solutions. This begins with which house areas offer themselves for a sensible insulation:

  • Facades
  • Interior and basement ceilings
  • Underground and interior insulation

Especially with the facade insulation, which brings with it some financial and time expenditure, especially outweigh the additional benefits:

  • Improved noise and sound insulation
  • Creating a healthy indoor climate
  • Protection of the building fabric
  • Savings on heating costs
  • With subsequent facade insulation the possibility of a facelift for the house
  • Contribution to climate and environmental protection

But even with the insulation of interior and basement ceilings, walls and underground garages sustainable improvements in energy and heat efficiency and fire protection can be achieved. In addition, the sound absorption achieved by the insulation offers completely improved room acoustics.

Full heat protection systems - the comfortable solution

Especially full heat protection systems are the right choice for the needs of many property owners due to their precisely matched components. This simplifies processing, saves time and gives you more security. For example, the complete systems consist of insulation boards, the matching fastening material, accessories such as base rails, plaster moldings, plaster profiles as well as adhesive, reinforcing mesh and finishing plaster. Complete systems thus offer everything from a single source for the "plaster" product.

We will discuss the options that exist and which are suitable for the purposes of our clients in a previous, comprehensive consultation. Of course, we deliver the appropriate material and carry out the work as a specialist company reliably and of high quality, also in compliance with the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2014).
